Unit Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage, monitor, mentor, organize, supervise the daily operational activities of unit and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in budgeting and resource management to optimize departmental efficiency.

Age: 35-45 years old.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in their home country .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing in their related field.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
