Shifts: 5 days a week and at least 1 weekend a month. Mixture of Earlies, Lates & Long days.

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, which has been rated "Good" by the CQC. Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is truly unmatched. You will be working with Complex surgeries and World Class Surgeons.
The Princess Grace Hospital is renowned as one of London's premier multidisciplinary private hospitals. With Seven theatres across 2 floors and 2 Recovery Suites, a robotic surgery suite, we provide a cutting-edge setting for surgical excellence.
What you will do:
Cleaning of theatre and recovery areas before and after operating sessions, also adhering to the weekly cleaning schedule.
Stocking of cupboards and stock containers against agreed stock levels.
Collecting and escorting the patient, and assisting with transferring of the patient from trolley to table under supervision of trained staff.
Assisting with the safe positioning of patient on operating table.
Acting as circulating person for the scrub team and within the scope of the role.

What you’ll bring:
Health Care assistant experience in an Operating Theatre (Essential)
2 years Experience working in Theatres as a Health care assistant
Knowledge of Healthcare Computer Systems, Meditech, , Microsoft, outlook,
Knowledge of Infection prevention control knowledge.
Knowledge of WHO / Safety checks in Theatres (essential)
