We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sister/Charge Nurse to join our exceptional Cancer Nursing Team at HCA at UCH, one of our specialist cancer centres, proudly rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. As a leader in treating blood disorders and cancer, we are continually advancing clinical innovation – and this is your chance to be part of that journey.

At HCA at UCH, we offer some of the most cutting-edge treatments available, including our JACIE-accredited bone marrow and stem cell transplant service and our ground-breaking CAR T-cell therapy programme, which is revolutionising cancer care.

As our new Sister/Charge Nurse, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, guiding a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants to deliver safe, holistic, and individualised care for our patients. Your extensive experience in cancer care will enable you to lead by example, inspire your team, and make a profound difference in the lives of those we treat. Working in this environment, you will be at the forefront of treatments rarely found elsewhere, supported by the latest in medical advancements and an outstanding team.

A current NMC Nurse registration
Extensive experience within the Cancer / Oncology specialty
SACT competency  
Evidence of continual professional development
Previous management experience / training
