An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Charge Nurse/Sister to join the Pre-Operative Assessment team at the Yorkshire Clinic,
Duties Include
- They are responsible for professional day-to-day clinical leadership.
- Identifies trends and change of practice when required
- Responsible for sickness and absence Human Resources
- Provides training within POA
- Implements development of team with educational program
- Awareness and implementation of latest national guidelines and clinical practice changes
- Demonstrate pride in their work and enthusiasm for quality of care of patients attending the Pre- Operative Assessment Department.
The successful candidate will have
- Current NMC registration,
- Good management experience in a similar role, with proven ability to lead a team and develop the Pre-assessment services.
- With excellent organisational and communication skills they will also be required to manage the day to day operational running of the pre-assessment department
