We are recruitment looking for a dynamic Matron to lead our Surgical, Oncology and Duty Manager teams at The Harley Street Clinic rated ‘Outstanding’ by CQC.
As a Matron will be managing well established teams across the campus. You be an integral member of the senior nursing team; a role model with the ability to support teams in the delivery of outstanding clinical care and a culture of continuous improvement supporting the growth and quality care across the Surgical, Oncology and the Duty Manager teams.
We are seeking applicants that are highly professional clinical leaders or existing Matrons, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and unequivocal commitment to improving patient, carer and staff experience.
If successful in the role of Matron, you will have 24-hour accountability for the management and oversight of all patients within the facility, promoting excellence as standard. The role is key in promoting a nurturing environment for patients, relatives, visitors and staff through monitoring, measuring, actioning and evaluating service delivery, advocating for patients at all times.

Significant clinical leadership experience
