Your Role as LPN Care Manager
As an LPN Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of exceptional care to our residents. You will lead a team of care staff, ensuring that all clinical and operational standards are met, while also providing hands-on assistance when necessary. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.
This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for supervising care staff, developing care quality improvement goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program and active registration with the CLPNA as an LPN.
• Three to five years of recent related clinical and progressive leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Health Informatics systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
