Ideal Complex Care Ltd. is a specialist complex care agency based in Brighton, East Sussex. We provide the highest standard of care at home to individual clients with complex care needs and also support them through respite. Children, young people and adults can rely on our qualified nurses and highly trained care staff to support them and help them to achieve their health, family, education and personal goals. Our teams work throughout East and West Sussex and the South East of England.
Established in 2016, Ideal Complex Care is part of the Clece Care Services Ltd. group of home care companies across the U.K. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to our individual clients. To achieve this we recruit and train Nurses and carers who share our passion for being the best at what we do. Our field teams are supported with ongoing specialist training, tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.

Our People
Working closely alongside our field staff is our dedicated in-house team. Whilst our branch nurses carefully monitor the clinical needs and safety of our clients, our coordinators manage the training and rotas of the staff necessary to provide the client’s care, thus ensuring each client receives a high level of attention and a package of care tailored to their specific requirements.
